Kiiroo's newest dildo can answer to a tap on a phone screen, a partner on another continent or a stranger tipping a cam performer.
The toy has two motors, one for thrusting and one for vibration. Adult FYI reports that the two modes can run separately or at once, with three intensity levels in each. Julio takes commands three ways: a one-touch button on the device, an included wireless remote or Kiiroo's FeelConnect app.
The app is where the "interactive" part comes in. Per Adult FYI, FeelConnect lets users customize the experience, give a partner control from the same room or from far away, and sync the toy with interactive content.
Then there's the cam angle. EAN Online reports that Kiiroo developed Julio with live cam performers and content creators in mind. Through FeelConnect, the toy connects to supported webcam platforms and is tip-reactive: when a viewer sends a tip, Julio responds in real time with thrusting and vibration. EAN Online says that gives performers a way to involve their audience, with every tip getting "an instant, visible reaction on camera."
The hardware details, as EAN Online and Adult FYI describe them:
- An anatomically detailed design in what the outlets call skin-like silicone
- A strong suction base for hands-free use on smooth surfaces
- An anatomical base that gives a grip when held by hand
- An IPX7 waterproof rating
- About 60 minutes of use per charge
A company rep told XBIZ that Julio "takes this familiar format and connects it to its interactive ecosystem," calling it "a product that is easy to understand on the shelf and that opens the door to connected play for a whole new group of customers."
CEO Toon Timmermans framed the launch around an old category. "Realistic dildos are one of the most important categories in our industry, but most of them still work the same way they did years ago," he said, per XBIZ. "With Julio, we kept everything people love about a realistic toy and added the interactive layer Kiiroo is known for. For many customers, this will be their first step into connected pleasure."
